RETURN POLICY
  • We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Regrettably we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened unless the product is faulty or defective.
  • Because of the nature of the products, most items purchased cannot be exchanged or returned unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Refund and exchange are possible on cancellation before dispatch of the product.
  • As regards cancellation post-despatch exchange, refund and returns of product, we accommodate exchange, returns and refunds only in cases where:
    • there is any manufacturing defect or transit damage to the product despatched to you;
    • the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • the product is the same and is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • the product is returned in original condition in which it was received along with original packaging, MRP tag intact where provided.
    • you have intimated MESO about the damaged or defective product along with photographs of the same within 48 hours from receipt of the product by you;
    • in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where the product is visibly damaged, you can return the same to the courier without making any payment for the same;
  • For the products that are returned, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account in case of COD orders. You must provide your bank account details whilst cancelling COD orders.
  • Refunds are usually processed after MESO receives the shipped goods and reviews and verifies the condition of the products.
  • Refund or return of any product will be entertained within 48 hours from receipt of the product by you if you forward your request with full details of your order number, date of purchase, address, photograph of the product received by you at the following email: ____________________
